Today, I’m living my dream! I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellness Coach. They say, “when you know, you know” and I KNOW I was meant to do this.
Although Healthy living was ingrained in me, I took a lot of detours, some more serious than others.
It was not unusual for me to see my 75 year-old grandpa working out while steeping his freshly picked dandelions. And my mom has always been a healthy lifestyle pusher, ahem, advocate rather. She was often mistaken for my sister as she continued to let her beauty shine from the inside out.
My journey was long but it taught me what I needed to know. Every detour was a blessing, every mistake a lesson. I’m here now and I would love to be a part of your journey. Allow me to help you live your dream and be the BEST U!
